As I sit here and stare out into the wondrous night
I look up at the peaceful glow of the moon and stars
I sit there and query what life would be like if I took a different path
I believe that life does have an end
However the memory you bestow in the world last forever
Only if you do it right
Life is not predetermined
You just have to choose the way
The only thing that is for sure
Is the road ways put upon you
You can sit there and dream of all the new things
You can be materialistic and get everything
Or be poor and want happiness
However you will not be remembered after your death for all those thing
You will only be remembered for the greatness you have done or the pure evil you have brought
Your life will be remembered for all your thoughts
You have no idea what one thing can do to a person
You can change a person by being who you are
Do not try to be someone else
You only have one life to live
You are not even promised tomorrow
You should live each day to the fullest
You should not get attached to technology
Instead you should go out and visit nature ever so often
Or sit down and read a book
You should try to do things that define you and no one else
Be yourself, you don't have another life to live
You have but one soul, one life, and one opportunity
You don't have one choice, you have many choices
But you should make the ones you feel best with
One life, One Opportunity, One Chance
Do not ruin it

As I sit here in my room
Staring at the moon
As I stare at the stars too
I try to picture a different life
If I chose a different path
What would it be like?
